1. Charter cancellation by the owner: The owner reserves the right to cancel the charter at any time prior to the scheduled charter day. In such cases, we will work with you to provide alternative options or a full refund.
2. Tropical storms, hurricanes, or dangerous weather conditions: If the weather poses a threat to the safety of our customers and crew, we will cancel the charter. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the charter to a later date.
Please note the following:
- Rain: Rain alone is not considered a reason for cancellation. Yacht charters will proceed as scheduled unless there are safety concerns due to severe weather conditions.
- Cold temperatures: Cold temperatures alone are not considered a reason for cancellation. We provide blankets and other amenities to ensure your comfort during the charter.
Cancellation Request:
If you need to cancel your yacht charter, please submit a cancellation request at least 3 weeks before the scheduled charter day. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements and offer the best possible alternatives.
Rescheduling:
In the event of a cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule the charter within a year from the original charter date. We understand that plans may change, and we want to ensure that you have the opportunity to experience the joy of a yacht charter at a later date.
